SHIPPING

Turnaround Times
Standard orders placed Monday through to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days, unless the products are on “pre-order” status.
All shipments are subject to item availability.

Shipping Rates
We offer standard rate shipping costs, calculated at checkout in collaboration with Australia Post.
Bulky and fragile items will attract a delivery surcharge (these items include but are not limited to furniture, mirrors and large lighting).
We endeavour to source the most competitive courier prices.
A quote will be available after purchase however if you would like to get an earlier indication of cost, please email rachel@asserco.com.au or call 0414 884 414.

You will be issued with a tracking number via email when your order has been dispatched and has left our warehouse.

NT, WA, Northern Qld & Remote Regional
Please note that shipping rates to the Northern Territory, Western Australia and remote regional areas may incur additional shipping/freight charges in line with our courier/freight partners.

Re-directs & Re-deliveries
Re-direct & Re-delivery fees are applicable for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient. 

 

CHANGE OF MIND

Should you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to offer a refund within 14 days. The following conditions apply:

  • The product(s) must be returned in its original condition.
  • Any accompanying brochures, manuals and assembly hardware must be returned in their original condition.
  • The product must be returned unused.
  • The product(s) must be returned to Asser + Co within 14 days after your notification to Asser + Co that you wish to return your purchase.
  • The cost of transport/freight/postage to return the product(s) must be borne by the purchaser.
  • The full retail price must have been paid for the product. Returns are not granted for sale items or made-to-order items.
  • Refunds are only available for the original method of payment used on the order. If the payment method used is no longer available, we are able to offer a credit note.
  • The product must not be assembled or modified in any way before returning it, otherwise we will not be able to refund your purchase.

Preparing your item for return:
Please email rachel@asserco.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order should you wish to return it, notifying us that you wish to return the product(s).The item(s) will remain your responsibility until it/they have been returned to Asser + Co in original condition.
For your own peace of mind we recommend that you carefully repackage your item, particularly fragile items, to avoid any damage during transportation. 

Asser + Co hold no responsibility for items damaged during transit and will not refund any product(s) damaged during transportation.

Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your products have been returned safely and the refund has been processed.
Upon safe receipt of your returned unused item(s), we will inspect the item(s) before advising you by email that a refund has been processed. We will refund your item(s) at the purchase price.
