Cancellation of House of Orange Orders

As each furniture piece is handmade to order, once the 50% deposit or full payment is received, no refund is available if you wish to cancel the order.

Once your order has been confirmed and proceeded to production, any requests for changes need to be discussed directly by contacting Asser & Co. We will do our best to accommodate your requests where possible, but can not guarantee changes can be made as this is dependent on how far the order has progressed. Variations may incur additional costs.

Product delivery times are provided as an estimate only. Asser & Co cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery. We do our best to ensure accurate time frames are provided but in some cases this is out of our control and no refund/exchange/credit can be provided due to any delay in delivery.  

House of Orange Furniture Returns & Exchanges

House of Orange furniture cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a product fault. House of Orange ensure the quality of their workmanship is of the highest standards before dispatch with every piece quality checked, but if an issue does arise please don’t hesitate to contact Asser & Co immediately.

Freight charges for returned goods shall not be accepted by Asser & Co unless authorised.

All Other Exchanges

Other products may be exchanged at any time within 14 days of the date of your purchase at our sole discretion. Goods must be returned in the original condition they were purchased with any packaging and tags still attached. Please choose carefully as no exchange is available on:

- sale items

- products ordered in specifically for clients

- products sold as seconds or samples

- repaired products

- products with a defect which has been drawn to the attention of the customer prior to purchase

All Other Refunds

Refunds are not offered except in the case of defective or damaged goods. All faults or defects should be reported to Asser & Co within 7 days of the defect or fault appearing to avoid any further damage. Refunds are not offered for change of mind.

If the product you purchased online or in store is damaged or defective, you are able to return the product within 14 days of delivery provided you have the original sales receipt or other proof of purchase.

For all returns, postage/delivery must be paid for by the returnee and will not be refunded. Asser & Co will not refund for any products that are not received. Items being returned should be sent using registered post or a trackable courier, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

Should the product fault be minor, under Consumer Law you are required to accept a free repair in the first instance.

Deliveries
